1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using InTheFlow ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
InTheFlow is a macOS application that provides voice-to-text dictation with AI-powered text cleanup. The service includes:
- Real-time voice transcription
- AI text cleanup (removing filler words, fixing grammar)
- System-wide hotkey activation
- Integration with any text input field on macOS
3. Account Registration
To use InTheFlow, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Free and Premium Plans
Free Plan: Includes up to 2,500 words per week of transcription with AI cleanup. Usage resets every Monday.
Premium Plan: Unlimited transcription for $9/month or $75/year. Premium subscriptions are billed through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain Premium access until the end of your current billing period.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for Premium subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied within 30 days of your initial purchase, contact us at support@tryintheflow.com for a full refund.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use automated systems to abuse the service
- Circumvent usage limits through multiple accounts
7. Intellectual Property
InTheFlow and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your transcribed content remains your property.
8. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that transcriptions will be 100% accurate. AI cleanup is provided as a convenience and may occasionally alter meaning.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
